ALL big corps are to blame. Like BP, many entities are "owners" of the company. One of BP's largest stock holders is BlackRock, out of New York. and Dow? How many Indian investment companies hold stock in Dow? Sadly...it's not as easy as saying Dow is American and BP is British. Were all mixed together on account of money and global investments. MANY countries have stock in BP, Dow, Exxon, etc... The only common thread is greed with these big corps.
