They have really good chemistry. I liked and was intrigued by Scarter after seeing Hi Society, but their eye contact in this scene made them my favorite ship. Why did you ruin this Season 3?!? Plus, I always found it hilarious that Serena's blackmailing him is no good, since he holds stuff over her as well, though since he doesn't want to use it against her, Carter pretty much leaves just because it was Serena who told him to. Lol, that was kind of rambling, but they make me happy, so it happens
