All it is is the 1st Relapse album and then has a 2nd disk called Refill, It's not a real album just pretty much a bonus disk being released.

Im buying it though cuz anything Eminem I support to the fullest.

@Zandaramage he brought relapse out mid last year, and he wanted to bring out relapse 2 out end of last year. Relapse 2 got pushed back to this year (now renamed to 'recovery' because the tone of the album was different) but he wanted to bring out more stuff last year so he re-released relapse as relapse: refill with half a dozen new songs, probably because they were more relapse-y than recovery-y
