100 % clean Referee. Check out the rules: in CBJJ rules, you loose. Ratinho is one of the best CBJJ referee. Very honest and very precise. The takedown started inside the mat boundaries. 2 points.

One of the best thoughout and honest responses I've read in Youtube in a long time. You are right, and I made a mistake for stereotyping, but I will agree to disagree on several issues. It is wrong to have Brazilians benefitted by the referees, but sometimes the game is bigger than the rules, as in soccer. Part of the "technique" is to be slick, sly, and tricky.
