I think the groundhog actually seems to be quite the kit.. even from other video's its got a great power, and really the best thing is your not buying the badge with it too which is the case for polaris, massey or john deere.
@terratracks. The Massey Ferguson 20MD is the same as the Cub Cadet Volunteer. If you look at the body style and specs it must be made for Massey Ferguson by Cub Cadet. The only difference I can find between them is Cub uses the Yanmar diesel and the Massey Ferguson uses a Perkins diesel and the Massey Ferguson branded UTV is not available in the USA.
I own the same 4010 Trans Diesel Kawasaki Mule. I love it. The best peice of macheniery on my farm by far. We use it for anything, from loading up the bed with gear and taking 6 people out hunting to towing around fulling loaded haywagons weighing about 2,000 US pounds. It is well worth the money and has never let me down.
Also should have had the Cub Cadet Volunteer 850d. It has roughly the same locking 4wd as Polaris except being manual lever type and if memory serves the volunteer has the largest cargo box of all the utvs except for the Polaris ranger 6x6.
the ranger isnt in there bc its not purpose built for working its more play/ some work. ya its faster ect. but in the end a 850D deere will work a ranger into the ground same as the kabota. guy i worked for had a ranger nice machine but you could tell that it was obviously set up more for play than work. bought a 850D about 3 years ago and its still going strong imo it is far more capable when it comes to work. play no, work yes
@nm730d have u ever even driven a kubota rtv? I don't think u understand how heavy duty it is. Ive towed over 4000 pounds up hills and on the road with one and it doesn't even break a sweat, if anything the kubota is the most work oriented machine here with the stiffest suspension, and most hd transmission setup.
@nachos1990 no i was saying the deere and the kabota will both work a ringer into the ground. ya it was worded a little backwards lol mb. but kabota makes a pretty though machince, i ran on for a few day it did pretty well. but i like my 850D more. feels tourqier to me. but both the deere and kabota are very good machines
this solved nothing. didnt say anything about fuel concumption or anything about the polaris ranger. didnt even explain which was value for money or which they thought was the best.
oh come on when reviewing buggies you have to have the polaris ranger, can you do a separate test as I don't know whether it's really good or just hype
i realise your not in the u.s. but, try yamaha, honda, polaris if you can get your hands on them.
