best moves for a metagross to have is at least magnet rise and eq. that way it clears out both weaknesses

as for shuckle.. have it know rest attract toxic and some attack move( like rock slide) or substitute. that way its impossible to k.o (make sure you have max EVs in def and sp def)

Definately go for:

Wrap (make it hold Grip Claw so opponent is trapped for 5 turns)

Encore

Bide/Stone Edge/Rock Slide

Rest

Strategy: Use Wrap, then use Encore. Switch to a Pokemon that is resistant to the attack you encored (if it is a non-damaging move you encored, even better! :D) and which ideally has a super effective move. Free kill :D

I'm not too sure about Bide because Shuckle has low HP anyway so even if it does survive 2 attacks, Bide won't be that powerful.

okay, this is what you do with shuckle, toxic, bind, sandstorm, and mebe dig(so they dont hit u) u might want to use powertrick with double team and have togekiss use follow me or sumthin, but im purdy sure double team is banned on wifi, not sure tho

You know whats smart? Take a Shuckle with the moves:

Toxic

Power Trick

Gyro Ball

(this one is up to you)

Here's my strategy:

First, you Power Trick (this is will make your Shuckles Attack REALLY HIGH such as 556) then you use Gyro Ball because of its HORRIBLE speed. This will be almost certain to knock out your opponents Pokemon...the only problem, your defense is low...soo that will have to be something you need to figure out...but I find this strategy (if it is) to be useful sometimes....

thats lame.. it should make your sp attack swich also..but ya you could use it with a sp attack pokemon

power trick doesnt swith att+sp. att with opponent, it switches your attck with your defense, so my destructo shuckle uses power trick, then gyro ball(cuz of is low speed)

You can get walled by steel or poison types easily, though. Just use toxic, encore, knock-off and rest to annoy your opponent to no end.

I you use power trick, shuckle will die the next turn unless timed with a salac berry. My shuckle is very simple. I knows double team, bind, rest, and toxic. It only has problems with poison and steel types. Never underestimate a shuckle.

shuckle has HORRRIIIIBLLEEE atttack,spattack,and only mediocre hp, HORRIBLE moves too. but it has the best def and sp.def in the game :D kinda sucks that it has such bad moves tho.. i guess u can use tms
