I downloaded another 4.3 tinyumbrella version and it wont save my shsh blobs. my ipod is 4.3.4.

It get stuck on that step. Any idea why?

@VojoBB Then why don't you just put the device in DFU mode and complete the process? The error told you exactly what happened.

i've tried this, created my shsh blob, signed 4.3.1, but when i try to install in itunes 10.3, by shift+restore, signed ispw, i get 'iPhone could not be restored, unknown error occurred (1600). can't even get out of DFU mode even with a power-home restart.. no apple shows up, just black screen. now i cant use my phone :/

@innomation You have to put your iDevice into a pwn DFU mode to fix iTUnes error 1600. and you should be able to take your iDevice out of DFU mode just repeat the DFU mode steps.

@cozynumber I know your problem when you are going to download ifaith a little in the bottom it will say something like snow will not work unless you download ... Click here to download when you click the word here it pop out something put save and download it when you are done open it and run it then after that open ifaith and it will work I know it will work because I had the same problem I hoped that helped

@christiancornejo123 An SHSH Blob is basically what Apple uses to verify the version of iOS you are running. That’s why we tell you to save your SHSH Blobs before upgrading your firmware on your iDevice. Otherwise you might not be able to downgrade to a previous version in the event you needed to.

@christiancornejo123 If you want to downgrade using iFaith all you need to do is have your SHSH blobs save using iFaith, Select "build *signed* IPSW w/Blobs" and follow the steps. I'll do a video on it when apple release another update.

alright well i dont have my shsh for 4.1, i downgraded in itunes i got error 1004 i believe then i used redsn0w and used the option "just boot tethered now" it kicked it out of recovery mode and it booted up fine but its tethered..every time i run ifaith to save the blobs for 4.1 it stops working once its past "apple logo". what im trying to do is save my shsh properly so i can upgrade back to 4.2.1 then back down to 4.1 and have a untethered jailbreak with limera1n

@cozynumber After the apple logo it boots backup normally that's when it is finished. And there is a untethered jailbreak for 4.2.1, 4.3, 4.3.1 4.3.2 and 4.3.3. Why do you want to say on 4.1?
