@SadGiraffeWeevil because at the "faster" setting the time flows faster in the game then in the real world, meaning a second into the game is less than a second in real life. Over long period of times this things add up. All ladder games are played at faster setting

@TmanRabey Guardian shield has effect on every ranged attack, including spine crawlers. However it is not that effective so not many people bother doing it. It is most effective against marines or mutas.

@Plusimurfriend Same here, I guess that confirms that starcraft is a "sport" because people exhibit the same patterns with their fav' physical sports! Football fans are bound to have a football, but most likely dont play it as much as they watch NFL, same with hockey.

Are there any games that show fighting the Zerglings at 5:00 with sentries? Every pro game I see, the lings just run away, so I don't know precisely how to use the sentries if they do fight.

@RichardMNixon make a wall of forcefields around your sentries so they can't be attacked by the lings.... better lose energy than your expensive sentries
