Hey I was wondering if you could help me with a special surprise for my friend. She loves your videos and has been teaching a lot of us to hoop after first learning from you. She spends hours each day hooping and makes us allow hoops. Its her birthday this month and I was hoping you could say happy birthday to her in a video her name is Dana philipps
I would be so ecstatic if you would do a tutorial on the isolation you do at the very begging. i've been trying for ages and just cannot get it right. You will make my day if you do. btw. You rock. And I love watching your tutorials <3
desperate for a tutorial on that danky dank iso in the beginning... like the one you did with your right hand and did like an outside the hoop to inside the hoop iso? also on those weird arm flippy things where the hoop like wraps around your arm on a horizontal plane? know what i'm talking about? tutorial it up! pwease! :)
Sweetness thank you. I have been trying a variation where you start with the hoop infront and one leg through (reverse start position),then throw it to the back and up. It has the potential to smack you in the face though :P so use the free hand to protect your face and keep your elbow tucked in so your forearm is vertical on your centreline if possible.
Great tutorial as always. Please do a tutorial on the isolation pop out thingys...how is that for a name? Not sure what they are called, but I love to watch them and would love to learn how to do them.
The hoop in this tutorial is a 34 inch (outside diameter) 1/2 tubing from the states (the black stuff not poly pro) i have no idea what the psi is on it. i would not recommend this size of hoop for a beginner unless you want to make your hooping life a living hell or only ever want to do off-body tricks. THIS MOVE (as with almost all moves) CAN BE DONE WITH ANY SIZE ADULT HOOP.
@babzrobinson i don't think that a 34 inch hoop is a hell in the hooping life. I'ts my standard hoop size and i can do almost all the hoop moves i know but thanks for the comment and keep hooping XD
@babzrobinson Well, I think it's because i'm a bit short so i need a medium hoop =D So I'll continue watching your videos and learning more. Thnks for the post XD
Oh I forgot it What kind of pipe is that? and what kind of tape did you use to make your hoop? I'd really like to have one like that so... i wait your answer :)
please do a tutorial on the isolations u do in the begining!! so amazing!

@Wheel333 you should film it and post it here as a video response!!! pretty please!
babzrobinson 7 months ago
@babzrobinson Ok its still a bit sketchy though, but I just tried it with the "two feet in the hoop" start and its much smoother.

@DiegoHooper wow! did you start with a 34 inch? cause for me that would have made shoulder and knee hooping way harder to learn!
