    去買黑色特大垃圾袋一包

    把棉被塞進去，拿去曬太陽

    溫度很快高升，塵螨受不了就通通死掉

    即使躲在棉被裡面的，更是紛紛熱掛（不用太陽直曬）

    我試過了，我拿去曬一個上午，真的有效。
