XORedDiamondOX it is actually not that easy LOL! The first time I did it I was really struggling through the warm up... right now I actually have 4 days left of the whole Insanity program, and i am in great shape... I can say that Insanity does work! Are you thinking of doing Insanity?
That's great! I guess the main tip would be to go at your own pace and it's important to keep a good form with all the exercises. The workouts are hard, but when you begin to see results, it feels awesome! Also, don't forget to try to eat right, this will actually help you throughout your workouts since they drain so much energy out of you...

Thanks :) I could barely finish the warm up the first week I started... and this is day one of week 4 and I've seen a great improvement!
