victim of capital felony are like public official or law enforcement officer engaged in official duties....that is just one of many requirments that have to be met for the death penalty (capitol murder). victim of capital felony are like public official or law enforcement officer engaged in official duties....that is just one of many requirments that have to be met for the death penalty (capitol murder). I understand the confusion in cases like this but these are enhanced punishments in these cases. To bad he can't be killed 3 or 4 times...but he will get what he has coming for all of his dirty life.
