Great idea.. this is just outrageous, since these trees had a function as a border, and where on the outskirts anyway, so wouldn't be in the way of this new junk...
How would these new people rate, me being able from the 2nd floor to look out over all of them.. and with me 200 people more..
Yet with the trees, we wouldn't have seen squat. I heard there is a house also in Baarle, where man sleeps in NL, and his wife in BE ;)

mmmyeah cannot believe some country clerk gave the permission to cut that many healthy old trees, which would have served as a PERFECT barrier like they did before, for us who live in the apartments.
If they plant some new ones, they only will reach the same height after 20+ years.. and since they were on the edge, they were certainly not hindering any construction.
Landscape architects etc. are dumbasses, and tenants too.. "whaaah we want new trees".

Didn't see the latest film yet. Going to rent it when it comes out.

I recently bought season 1, and now up for season 2... absolutely love it, didn't see all that many episodes in the nineties..
Didn't see the movie either, so I guess I will rely on chronology. I never rented a video or DVD, how bizar is that.. only buy things I think I want to watch and are an asset to my collection (or are reasonably priced, lolz).
The cigarette smoking man is very intriguing, with so little text.
