  • The pump i got from these was just great

  • Nice. This is pretty much identical to a workout that our RDC's had us do back in Navy Bootcamp at least 2 nights a week right before bed. Was rough, but the results were pretty clear. People should definitely consider throwing this in or even adding it once a week or something, just make sure you've got a couple of days to recover before trying to whale on your chest in the gym.

  • I just tried these but the only branch I had nearby was a little high. To keep my face off the dirt and from arching my back the arm movement ended up being kinda similar to a throwing motion or a barbell pull-over.

  • this is a great home workout if you dont have equipments for chest training at home
