very true, in fact I think it is one of the best ways to change someones way of thinking. Though insulting isn't the right way, a little bit of mockery is just fine and helps build an argument and inflame the debate. In fact mockery is what got us, in part out of the dark ages, and is an excellent tool for keeping a debate going especially when ideas are outdated.
