  • Why aren't the FBI looking at Gov. Rendell, he makes Ill. Gov. look like Peter Pan, it was in the paper about monies Mericle gave to his campaign and public knowledge Rendell gave Mericle millions in grants for his Pittston Twp project, isn't that pay to play.

  • Anne, you're not a judge anymore, not because of these 2 nincompoops, but because your'e just plain crazy and a burnen to the legal system. ...and you just can't tell a crazy person they're crazy!

  • Allegations of extortion

Robert J. Powell co-owned PA Child Care and Western PA Child Care until June. His attorney, Mark Sheppard, said his client was the victim of an extortion scheme.

Bob Powell never solicited a nickel from these judges and really was a victim of their demands, he said. These judges made it very plain to Mr. Powell that he was going to be required to pay certain monies

  • The other crooked judge Michael T. Conahan, is also a Democrat...from The Citizen's Voice of Wilkes Barre, PA: "Gov. Milton Shapp appointed Conahan to fill a vacant magisterial district judge position in Hazleton" (Shapp was a Democrat) "heated rivalry between Musto and Conahan and led to a brutal primary campaign, which included mutual charges of nepotism and campaign finance violations. Conahan accused Democratic Party leaders of attempting to strong arm him out of the race ..."

  • democrat ,repuplican???

it was GREED no polititical affiliation needed

  • Both crooked judges who jailed juvies for cash were Democrats. I researched and found backgrounds on both at Citizen's Voice online. Judge Ciavarella: "All four candidates — Ciavarella, and attorneys Joseph Yeager, Tom Cometa and Joseph Giovannini Jr. — ran as Democrats with cross endorsements from the Republican Party. Yeager won the Republican nomination and Ciavarella edged Giovannini by 378 votes (18,759 to 18,381) for the Democratic nod." 1995 election.

  • So?

  • County Judges Mark Ciavarella & Mike Conahan SHOULD BE TRIED THEN PUT TO DEATH BY THE STATE WITH ONE OF THE JUVENILES WHOSE LIFE THEY DESTROYED PULLING THE LEVER TO END THEIR MISERABLE, DISGUSTING LIVES.

  • And yet Judge Ann Lokuta was removed from the bench largely on the words of these two SOBs. No doubt she will pursue reinstatement to the bench and I hope sues the hell out of the state and Luzerne County. Of course it took the FBI and the IRS to prosecute these bastards. No way crooked Luzerne County or Pennsylvania would do it.
