It depends on how creative I'm feeling that day.... it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The breakdown is what takes the time... sometimes 2 hours for the breakdown, but it's getting faster and faster as a master this breakdown method.
What a great variation on the curb walk! I am still trying to do it ... remember seeing that in previous videos but slightly worried about the knees with that one...
You can always do this version of the curb walk without the jogging -- just march Front-Back-Front instead. My classes do all different versions -- whatever they can handle -- and I'm fine with that.
Thanks as always for posting, SJ. Love your stuff.... did an old one of yours (in the hot air balloon) and my class just LOVES IT! I always give you props when I teach your stuff. Thanks!
Wow, what a great routine! Would love to be able to teach this level of step. Unfortunately it is too advanced for my class. I have to stick to intermediate routines. I really like the new variation on the revolving door! I am going to practice that in the morning. Thanks for all the ideas and routines. Love your stuff!
Fantastic choreography, Dana, There are many movements that I will try to include in my choreographies.
Thank you for sharing

Thank you! Just keep challenging your class (1 move at a time) and they'll get there! Have fun with that revolving door!
