Rumba is a street dance; the essence of rumba is the dancers spontaneously responding to the quinto and each other. When rumba is choreographed it is ersatz and loses its soul.

The root of all dance is not choreographed but it is the way of dance that to share with the world you usually need to structure it so people can absorb more easily when it is not familiar. Unfortunately the puplic also won't pay to see freestyle. This choreo tries to stay close to the heart of dance. Most would have added hollywood bling (have you ever seen balllroom dancers doing this style) or lifts and cheap gimmicks to sell it. They also would not have used this song. :-)
