you can't technically "steal" an amv anyway, because both the song and the anime are copyrighted to their original companies XP
if someone re-uploaded my amvs, i'd take it as a complement, and i'd be glad that it was getting more publicity :P

i didn't say that amvs were against the law, i know about all that 'personal use' stuff, as i am an amv maker myself.
you just told me what i already knew, and you seem to have misinterpreted my point.
re-uploading someone elses amv is not stealing.
If someone re-uploaded one of my amvs, i have no right to complain. i don't own the materials used, so i have no rights to it.
it's the same in this case. This video was re-uploaded because there's nothing wrong with that.
