  • 9:13 I don't get it. I have never heard thumbs representing ego. I was told they represent the universe, divine, cosmos etc. And when I research it, I find it concurs AND disagrees. Some say index finger is the ego.

  • I've read over and over and been told to NEVER roll my head around my neck because of possible damage to joints. Kinda makes sense. Maybe a better idea to hold the poses forward/side and stretch.

  • Sarah - this is amazing work! If the whole of humanity were doing these powerful toxic shedding exercises - we would not have war, rage, hate, frustration or resentment to the extent that we experience in amplified versions today. I had an enormous amount of tingling in my shoulders - is this energy or is it toxins bubbling out? Lastly, do you have any kundalini exercises for the mid and lower back?   • wow after sitting at a computer all day, i can really feel this working wonders on my shoulder blades, especially. i've had a kink in my neck for days, it's MUCH BETTER now thank you, and my shoulders and back actually feel like they have blood flow and energy to them now!
