Well still photo's of the original video showed she was not pregnant.

@NAVYWIFEONE - I have to tell you too, that the night beYAWNcy announced she was pregnant on the red carpet wearing that big long orange maternity dress, I knew something wasn't right then. She has never covered her body as long as she's be singing. Then after she announced on stage she was pregnant, you never saw her in any maternity clothes after that. She wore heels, skinny jeans, all the uncomfortable things that pregnant women never wears.

I can understand your reason that you feel she did not have the baby. I feel security was just that tight - extremely tight for the amount of money the hospital received and I am sure everyone had to sign an agreement. So Money and legal protection helped keep it under wraps
