You did an amazing cover, here. Thanks for transporting me back to my childhood, listening to this song with my old man 30 years ago. Lots of Dick Curless, Merle Haggard, Red Sovine, Sawyer Brown, Dave Dudley..... this song made me feel like being on the road. Was the first on an old tape that we had and the first song I heard on the road. Amazing job. May I download this and put it on my ipod? I think I like your version better than the original.

Nice low notes man. I dig it. I must admit that I had trouble understanding the lyrics cuz I'm not familiar wiith the song..But I enjoyed the listen and could guess at the words I wasn't quite picking up, so it sounds like a pretty cool song. Some great trucker songs out there huh? 5***** cuz I enjoyed it, and got my foot tapping, and you nailed the low notes. Makes you want to take a road trip..lol
