wasn't able to see if it works yet cause i dont got the fone yet lol but i did it on my sidekick with the 4GB sd card just waiting to get the phone... there was a part where i was a little lost and dont think i did it right... on the part where you want it where you select the path for it to save to the LAMEMP3.. ? i went to the link and downloaded the lame file and i just set it to save or what ever to that folder? is that correct?

Yes, all lamemp3 does is allow you to export files as mp3 so if you were able to export the file as mp3 then you did it right.

not really, Android can play both... Just remember WAV will take up more space on your Sdcard.
