HELP with HANDCANNON!

Do you know how come the merchant doesn't have handcannon yet? I've already got the congratulations message for free handcannon (on Wii) after getting 5 stars for all 5 mercenaries on all 4 scenes with at least 60,000 points each. I've replayed the game a second time around, on level 2 now, but still no handcannon, I must of visited the merchants in 4 different scenes aready.

Great stuff... but, all these infinite guns feels kinda useless, takes the edge of the game, oh yes, maxed tune-ups of course. But there's enough bullets n shit layin around to make it home safe anyway. Just my opinion and experience when running through it with the infinite launcher and typewriter, kills me to say it but it bored me bad. Agree someone?

@ToNeS1337 Beat the game more than once, collecting the boss cash, collect every treausre you can find (i know were it all is cuz ima nerd at it) kill any monsters that will drop mega cash. at the end if you want to you can sell your guns and you will want to sell the treasure. The only gun that i was using at that time was the handcannon.
