Etihad doesnt have A380 yet. the one shown in this video is the aircraft used by Airbus during the testing stage of a380. they change the logo according to the country they're be visiting.

I live and work here in Abu Dhabi. I might say all you see is construction here construction there. Developments everywhere. But for all cities it has its flaws. Probably the government have'nt anticipated the influx of people seeking oppurtunities in a developing metropolis. Thus, the government is making some remedies to address the problem but in my opinion its not enough. But to this thumbs up and hope they speed things up and plan ahead.
