hi dear, i recentrly purshase the ensoniq ts-10, but i need de program that can leave i copy the files by a computer to the disk, like put a midi file, or a wav sample, but i use the windows 7 64 bits, i tryed the Esoniq-Disk-Extraktor 1.09 but it didn´t work in windows 7 64bits, please tell me if there is a especific version, or i need to install teh windows xp

@rickybeann ... ede109.exe is an DOS-based PC program. The software will work best on older machines, running just DOS. You may experience trouble if you are running DOSprompt in Win98, WinME, or WinXP.

i know that for general midi, this keyboard don´t have "aftertouch", but to use by a controll wtih a midi cable in a pc, will "aftertouch" work?

@rickybeann Hello, the TS-Series workstations do have aftertouch, TS-12 channel and TS-10 polyphonic aftertouch. You don't need to use any external keyboard. The sounds will react as you programmed them, this is also answer on your previous question. Hope, this will help you...

hello i don´t know if you could help me, I have a esoniq ts-10 in order to buy, but the seller told me that if

you write something in it (by disk), the pc is not able to read with

a specific format, the same thing if you record a midi file on a PC, the keyboard is not able to read without, is this true? thanks!

@rickybeann Hello, this is correct information, the TS-10/12 use specific disk format which is not compatible with standard PC FAT format. But there are special programs on the market, which can read and writte on TS disks and it is also possible to create a sound library on the PC. There is also a program converting SMF files to TS format and vice versa. Please, check i.e. the Giebler Enterprises company on the internet.

I have the sq1+ and must say this is a completely different league. More like the Korg M1 (which I thought my SQ would be like when i bought it). Great listening!

TS series are the best synths ever! This merely scratches the surface and not even the best of. The TS12 is going for less than half the price of a TS10 but does not have the polyphonic after touch. I have 11 TS keyboards and would go into a serious depression without one.

Not bad, Polyphonic aftertouch is the best feature of this board - prefer an SQ-80 though, analog filter rules :)

I have been collecting as many TS keyboards as I can get my hands on and afford. This is by far the best synth ever created and I own a Korg Oasys and Roland V-Synth GT. Absolutely surpassingly astounding! I get goose bumps just thinking about this synth!

@averagemale2000 Thank you for the comment! You are right, the TS series synthesizers are on the top of Ensoniq's products. BTW, I sold my TS-12 and a year later I was hardly looking for replacement and found my current TS-10. Ensoniq's are very hard to find in Czech Republic...

Greats sounds, can you give a break down on how you captured/created these sounds? Did you start with a wave form from an external source and go from there? I recognize the names of some of those samples as being stock, did you simply modify those?

Hello, thank you for your comment. No of these sounds was created by me, they are coming from ROM of TS-10 and from factory disk TSD-100. None of them was modified..
