@SilverAndRainbowDash The white ones are, believe it or not, hammer ons and pull offs, which means 1. He doesn't need to strum them, and 2. well... he doesn't need to strum them . . . and sometimes there are normal strumming notes in the middle of the HOs/POs, in which case, he uses his elbow to hit the strum bar, which clicks, hitting the strumable note.
