After having absolutely no luck finding this exact version on paper, I finally downloaded one that's similar to yours. I have two problems...

- it doesn't sound quite like yours, but it's close.

- all scanning software finds it too complicated to transcribe accurately.

I have started transcribing it, note by note, on Finale Songwriter. I should be finished in a couple weeks, but no promises.
