Their model names are nou, han, and hyo, so I guess you're right. I also found its main body (or most of it, at least) and I'll be uploading a video of that.
These seem to be masks from old Japanese theater, they're from left to right: Noh Kabuki (Acting used to be strictly male in Japan up until very recently and female characters would often be men in Kabuki Masks), Oni (Devil, the face demons were given in theater), and the last one, I don't know. Possibly just a bandit as portrayed in Japanese stereotype. Not sure, though. As for the hat, I have no clue. They also seem to have puppet-like bodies, ropes might be puppet strings exaggerated.

Usage indeed looks like a Bandit Spider-like reskin for Orochi that they only made 3 heads for before deciding they didn't want to go that route.
