Did u have to weld the slp or borla on or is it bolt on cuz I want to take off my junk ass flowmaster off and put one these mufflers on my 3rd Gen camaro has the one pipe from the manifold goes into one inlet then two outlets would it work or what needs to be done to it? can anyone answer my questions? thank you!

@jj629ful What exactly do you want? Yes mine was all welded on! Mine came from the manifolds, to a Y pipe, then went into a single pipe then I dumped it just past the rear axle! If I had true duals I would've either ran it out through an X pipe or dumped it just before the axle after an X pipe. True duals sound amazing on the these cars but they scrape alot! Y pipe to a single then over the axle will give you the best clearance.

I know all about the SLP loudmouth and changed to the Borla XR-1 myself, sounds better with longtubes and a cam of course. I also have vids on youtube as well so you can check out the difference with those mods.

@steven97rs Lol! Gotta love that little limiter bump! I don't hit the limiter very often but i thought it would go good here! When I do burnouts I sit and just keep the RPMs steady, but when I roll out I shift into second and floorboard it! It usually bumps a couple times and sounds awesome! But Yeah I like the Borla alot better than the SLP! Im gonna have moroso Spiral flows on it soon! And yeah, those V6s have a completely different tone. Thanks man! New vids will be coming soon!

@blkstangv6 Lol! Thanks man! Yeah, they were like that when I bought the car. I was going to get a new set of Corvette C5 deep dish wheels but I am going to have to rebuild the trans soon. Syncros are starting to slightly wear out and I have a new cam and set of heads sitting here so I need to beef it up anyways.

@blkstangv6 It's a 234 something i think. I'll have to look again. I bought it from a friend of mine that has a 2001 SS(I'll post some vids of his up soon) It's about the same HP rating as a Texas Speed Torquer V2, but the one I have is mores streetable. It's like a sleeper cam, it'll have a little lope to it but not a crazy amount. The heads are 241s.

H@foxsoldier15 This was just a Borla XR-1 that I bought from Summit Racing. I just replaced the SLP muffler with the Borla.
