I think Neji will kick Sasuke's ass. Even though Sasuke uses Amaterasu, Neji uses Byakugan to sense unusual chakra, so flames have less effect on Neji too :) Oh and his Tigrams combo is so smoking hot!

Neji is most badass character in Naruto (even more badass then Sasuke) yet he has like the least amount of fan girls (but who gives a rats ass bout that) but most importantly he has the least amount of screen time in Naruto i mean he isn't exactly a regular reacurring character. but at least when he does appear he usually goes chuck norris on someone before he leaves to appear like 23 episodes later.
