THIS WAS A BRILLIANT SHOW......so far before it's time and sooooooo much better than most of the crap they dish up for us today on the ole tub...ROCK ON!
I have to wonder if this was all some elaborate joke. It's like some phony tv show you would see in a Christopher Guest movie. Like a theatre group put on "Cop Rock", some terrible musical involving cops.
The most amazing thing is this exists and is supposed to be serious.
@zee339 They're not homeless due to joblessness--Thor the God of Thunder and Good Taste was so pissed off by this show that now, every time a former actor from this show tries to buy a new home and move in, he lightning-bolts the fuck out that ground until they're nothing but a crater that spells "Fuck You."
Those homeless people have great voices. And their dance moves aren't shabby either. I guess they have time to work on their singing and dancing because they don't have jobs. The creators of Cop Rock (or is that Schlock?) deserve humiliation & degradation. I did enjoy watching the show as a late night rerun. I think it was on A&E. Late at night it seems like a really weird dream. The cops where I live don't sing or dance. They just eat donuts, drink coffee and harass innocent minorities.
Watching Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog made me think of "Cop Rock" again. I wasn't able to see it when it aired because I didn't have a TV. Thanks for posting these clips. One thing this clip has that a lot of the others don't is choreography. I think if they were going for a musical, they should have gone all the way. Dance is an integral part of American musical theater form. Still, I think they had cojones to try this.
One of the homeless guys looks like the judge from the Cop Rock trial...

Little known fact, to distract themselves from their pitiful, painful existence, homeless people often form highly talented dance groups.

@4260laurel
Yes I can still eat--which is more than I can say for the poor bastards who got involved in this dreck.
rabidrabbitshuggers 1 year ago
@4260laurel
Funny that you mention eating, since I'm pretty sure none of the people involved in this dreck of a show have been able to afford to eat since 1990.

Why are the homeless doing the Thriller dance?
Why are Thriller zombies doing the homeless dance? People don't dance all over streets? Zombies don't exist.
I feel so embarrassed for the unrealistic fools that came up with that Thriller video.
