Hardcore materialists may throw out all of the evidence of life after death, but even if they don't believe in life after death, they have no reason to NOT believe in life after death too. To them, death should still be viewed as a black-box. I personally believe that there is life after death, and there's plenty of scientific evidence that points towards mind/brain separation.
I don't think that saying "people" are stupid helps anyone learn anything. Ideas might be stupid, but the people aren't just for having a different viewpoint.
Though I agree, that's illogical to say that the after life does not exist, simply because they haven't found a language to describe it yet.
@PersonalJesus348 Evidence? Phenomenological evidence abounds, and it works for me. For me, scientists are not white and black stripped shirted referees calling the ball on whether the after life is in bounds or not. They are not robed judges of my reality. For those that value, need or want, "scientific evidence", more power to them. I have the power of my own experiences balanced by a keen eye on my wallet.
Science is all about scrutiny and if can't survive the tests then its tossed out. Its fine if you have a personal belief. But you did not reach that using the scientific method.

I don't care for the Dr. guy that is so opposed to the Ancient knowledge of life after death..WHY can't people just accept it as fact..Its proven OVER and OVER..I had it happen to me.....Why would I not believe what happened to me.???
