  • repas are too fast, trying bringing the weights down and controlling the reps then you might hit the rear delt rather than the traps.

  • Are these a good enough alternative to reverse flys? Thanks.

(I cannot seem to get any improvement in reps after months of reverse flys.)

  • Exellent excersize. But reps wont determine the size, bulk or leaness of muscle tisue and fibers. Intensity of the excersize dose.

  • @porkchop6021 agree to disagree... intensity has to do with "fat burn" and im trying to remember which bodybuilder said this but the last 3-4 reps is what grows the muscle and give you the "pump" we all desire.

i've seen great results from using only 75% of my max weight and just doing slow and steady reps until near muscle failure (usually 8-10 reps,4 sets)

sorry i dont have any sources to provide you with the information i just given but im 100% sure if you google it youll get the same answer

  • Also we should work our teres minor and infraspinatus. I'm not sure how to emphasize any of these, but I think if we aim to hit our infrapinatus, the posterior deltoid is above it and the teres minor is below it, so all 3 transverse extensors aka external rotators get hit.

  • thats would be easier if you had a bench to sit on lol

  • it is right! Great!

  • cant you just do this sitting down too ??

  • thanks man this helped me!

my front delt is bulky but my posterior delts are not and it looks groos.

  • @iTooGodly That's why we must work our posterior deltoid bro.

  • ahh, nothing like feeling good about how you look

  • NICE
