@Mackintosh27 it's based on the director's life Josef Fares. Whether its 100% accurate probably not but you its based on a true I just saw the film and loved it defintaely an underrated movie deserves much more praise than it got. I'd recomend to everyone.

it's swedish produced, that is why it's a swedish movie. It got nothing to do where you shoot the movie or from what nationality the actors is from. Pretty much: Where the money comes from and also where the production company is from, there is the countries that represents the movies...

Well, the director is from Lebanon and Sweden, the movie takes place in Lebanon and Sweden and most of the characters are from Lebanon and Sweden - so why do you prompt it's only SWEDISH? It's Lebanese-Swedish, just as goggleblog says.

I'm american and I think I would really like this movie.Everything in that trailer,the daily lives of the lebanese people,is a complete mystery to me.I know that the world is full of wreckless hatred and that we are all accountable in some way but I think a great many of us would understand each other a little bit better if we could...adjust our perspective.
