@82Bdog I've been doing the vest once every couple weeks for the last few months. I used 25 lbs. on the box jumps and muscle-ups, but for everything else I did 40 lbs.
when you do box jumps, dont step down... jump down very softly it is more effective for explosivness, and injury prevention
