@Pink14urox This isn't a "copycat" of RipCord! I'm a site controller at a Kennywood Park 180 ft. Other parks have rides just like this. Some have different names such as ripcord and extreme skyflyer but the actual name is Skycoaster by Sky Fun 1 inc.

These rides are also NOT owned by the parks. They are leased to the park and the lease can be terminated if the park doesn't obey the Skycoaster co. rules.

Actually this ride is very safe. I work at the Skycoaster in kennywood park Pittsburgh PA. Before being lifted up, every carabiner and lock is double checked. Also this ride isn't really owned by these parks. Skycoaster Inc is an independent company that rents and leases these rides to the park.
