just a tip for beginners that this video missed, stretching cold muscles is pretty much useless..i've trained with several mma, hockey and basketball trainers who have all told me to do my stretching after some type of a warmup (jog, stationary bike etc..)
people can say all they want, these videos have some good compound techniques that are designed to improve your skills, of course it wont make you the next chuck but it wont hurt, if anything its a solid workout aimed at improving your abilities in the ring.

@almir185 you can't get by with only knowing submissions. you need conditioning and technique too. i promise you will never get anywhere in mma unless you learn that. i thought the same thing you are now, and you know what happened to me? My trainer handed my butt to me cause i didn't know. conditioning and technique matter more than anything.remember too. 2 players with the exact same knowledge of submissions face off. the one with better technique and conditioning always wins out.
