Maybe instead of teaching all his students his own song he should teach them movement economy first, his finger will wear out fast unless he stops moving them so far from the fret board every time.

@asgore Every time he goes from say....Index finger [P] to little finger [A], his index moves away from the fretboard by like an inch, this is bad economy of movement, he's moving it unnecessarily, so he won't be able to play as fast as he should be able to, cos his fingers then need to move further to reach the fretboard.
