I mean, it's stupid as hell because you don't give a very minor character like he turned out to be his own unique look, mannerisms, and powers and not expect people to be disappointed that he didn't get more screen time or bigger part of the plot... While Joker was helping kidnap children, through luring them with the circus, and giving them to his 'father', Drocell kidnaps pretty children, and turns them into dolls that do his bidding. Joker is human, and alive, Drocell is a dead doll.

Drocell could've and should've had more character development. It's not even filler, it's plot worthy to the story. I would not have minded the series being may be like 50 60 or 100 episodes long. I'm pretty sure a lot could go on. Drocell following Angela's/Ash's order to like do what ever.
