from main menu go to..blkberry button/manage connections/mobile network options/bbery button/start provisioning.. then reboot

The reason your browser wasn't showing up was because your device didn't/doesn't contain any HRT (Host Routing Table) entries, Those allow your BlackBerry to know where to connect to obtain data in your web browser. Without these, Your BlackBerry device disables the internet browser. Your device is never sent any HRT entries, Which is a network/carrier issue. If you still have this issue, I suggest you call your carrier (Rogers) and inquire about the issue.

hey i have the same fone and i dont have a browsser either and i thought it would have been there because its a blackberry. i dot know what to do either - i cant even get music. so that makes 2 of us. :(
