Two days ago I lost 3.5 pounds! :D But since I'm still growing (I'm only 11) My parents say that if I keep going on a diet and exercising, I'll go from; At risk of overweight, to Underweight. :/

but on the plus good luck with what your doing .. if you havent already got it buy the WII fit plus .. theres one where you have to flap like a chicken to tone your arms its really good you can feel the burn lmao ..
