Thanks for posting this. I found a recipe that called for the use of a pastry blender. Had no idea what it even was. I am an absolute lugnut in the kitchen. So, I YouTubed "how to use a pastry blender" and all I got was someone showing what it was. Well - that doesn't help.
So somehow I got to this and found that using the kitchen aid does the trick (sometimes I don't know if other methods are acceptable. Like I said - lugnut in the kitchen.) So thanks again!
