  • this song predates just about all of the others chicago sung by Frank Santria sung by him in that 1950's movnew york new york by Gene Kelly in the 1940's this song come from the time when st louis outshined them all and evereyone came to st louyis it was the foruth largest city at that time and we i need to bring it back once more and why not!
