Louie Vega dropped this in the club one night and right when the percussion kicks in, the whole club errupted in a scream!! Then I look towards the bar and the bartender had gotten on top of the bar and he ran from one end to the other screaming too. Some other guy was dancing on a table and the table broke from under him just as he started jumping on it as the percussion kicked in. Good Times.

Prefer the original as featured on the album 'Percussion Madness',with its more Puerto Rican 'bomba' feel,though this comes pretty close;Josh Milan's vocal colouring bringing that soulful Blaze flavour to proceedings on both accounts.Currently the most progressive latin jazz artist out there on the circuit, no question! Great to see a musician taking the music forward rather than simply regurgitating what's been done before.More than a nod methinks to Louie Salinas Pienso En Ti (I Think of You).
