@Tintamar5678 Yeah they do! My trash day is on Monday, so all weekend there is an army of scavengers in p/u trucks scouring for things people set out. The problem is that they just assume it's OK to take stuff and rarely ask if it's OK. It pisses me off because they come on to your property to scavenge. They also pilfer through the city recycle bins too which is illegal.
