I LOVE 90ssssssssssss abajo mtv Ema

  • i AM SO HAPPY AN I WILL NEVER FORGET THE 90´S THAT WAS THE BEST TIME OF MY LIVE

  • I don't know the trance genre well. Is the muted kick a standard thing? And I think I heard a reverse snare? I knew a bit about what synth sounds were used. The flute-like accents are interesting, but I seem to recall some stuff like that in late 80s or early 90s techno or other club music.

  • this is one of the first trance tracks. pure classic trance with hand claps and dark synth lines. the elements of chicago house, detroit techno and ambient music can be heard clearly. i worship classic trance

  • TRANCE MUSIC FOR EVER!

  • its still good...lovin old skool...

  • Amazing video, I can clearly remember disco times, when the bassline of this track started again and all the sweaty people on the dancefloor restart moving...

    fuxxxin saved video! ! !!!

  • 90's <3

  • Has anyone here listened to Claudia Cazacu's trance music?

  • oldskool ftw :)

  • 90's - when trance music was pure and amazing. Nowadays is just crap+ fucking lady gaga in MTV. Sad.

  • @BoskiSimonis psytrance is still out there...lady gag ain't trance at all thats mainstream bs

  • @BoskiSimonis

Not a fan of Gaga, but I just have to mention, her music has never been trance.

  • @BoskiSimonis

First of all, it's not trance.. Secondly, just shut up when you got nothin' to say..

Omg, people even 'like' these comments...

  • @NlSmartGoat Hmmm? If this is not classic Techno Trance, what then?

  • So strong... so powerfull...

  • @DevoteeTrance Ok, then bye, don't let your ego stop you from leaving.

  • @DevoteeTrance Hahaha wow. It's actually come to this. Out of all the people i've had to argue with on this site, you're definitely one of the worst hahaha, don't worry champ, you'll get there one day.

  • @DevoteeTrance Oh really, i'm knee deep in shit? Is that a threat, buddy? And that's great for your brother, hahaha you say the stupidest things my friend.

  • @DevoteeTrance I disagree. Explain how you've won and i've lost exactly. It doesn't seem to make any sense since you've said nothing intelligent this whole time.

  • @DevoteeTrance Again with the idiotic comments. You still sound like a little 12 year old, who knows NOTHING about music or arguing.

  • @DevoteeTrance Ok instead of acting like a 12 year old, how about you explain to me exactly HOW that was a "Fail".

  • @DevoteeTrance Hahahaha someone's a little angry about being proven wrong. And when you come on a video and leave idiotic comments, it's your own fault.

  • @DevoteeTrance You really don't know much about music do you. Pop has two meanings: 1. Comercialized music like you said and 2. Pop is also a genre that has been around for a very long time. The Beatles were Pop, The Beach Boys were Pop, etc. It's also a real genre, and that is exactly what i meant by "This song has pop influences".

  • @DevoteeTrance Wow you are really stupid. This is trance, not pop music, it has pop influence, but it's still Trance. Pop music doesn't have beats like this, and this is early Trance, so yes without this you wouldn't have today's Trance. OBVIOUSLY!!!

  • Nice one....that was in the old days when MTV played music.....load of crap what they show and play now

  • superb music

  • @DevoteeTrance Without this "rubbish trance" you would have no trance you cock! This is where your trance comes from so respect that and educate yourself!

  • ho i brividi a riascoltarla tutt'oggi...Che ricordi.

  • Incredibile quella si era musica...che emozioni

  • Esame di maturità.....che ricordi.....

  • @974Ale incredibile pensavo la stessa cosa... che ricordi ..:)

  • @DevoteeTrance Pop? Whatever you say, darling.

  • @jeffrey42088 do they even play music videos? xD

  • this sounds like background music to a porno

  • @gohawks43 you are an idiot

  • @pitchingr fuck you, you know its true...besides i didnt even say it was bad

  • das waren noch zeiten ;.-)

  • супер ??? вітання з Ясіня !!!

  • Danke für dieses geile Lied aus meiner Jugend!!!

  • Outstanding Dance Track

  • Just amazing, back in 1994, it shows how mature dance music was during that time. Well, the whole old skool is compared to a lot of fantasy-less tracks nowadays (and I am not talking about the underground stuff). This so great, the feeling , the message, the video and the whole song

  • itz n evergreen....peace n greetz

  • I started listening to trance music back in the mid 1992 and my sister gave me a cassette with the trance version of this song, called the Ethno Remix, as far as I know - this should be the first trance track ever relesed in public in Israel.

the track was on the Israeli compilation called "TRANSFORMATZIA"

  • krásná písnička,tu můžu poslouchat do nekonečna.....

  • across the blood red sky

    tears to everyone's eyes

    I'm lovin' it

    lovin' love

  • yeah feeling like a teeny again :D

  • The vocals make this so cheesy... :o

  • The beginning of vocaL trance?

  • @Tabaktee I have heard other versions. I love Jam and Spoon but not on this. And what is the 2009 version? did not like that either. This is a classic track and gives me goosebumps. Should be left pure as it is. :)

  • To old for what derkalich?

  • Fell in love with these windpipes when I was v e r y stonned (Technics DMC finals)

  • cool...check out the mix by dj wag (who's the part of dance2trance)

  • the Original, the one and only in my opinion ! Released in late 1992 and became a smash hit in 1993 , at which point it could be heard everywhere , in radios, clubs, in musical TV's and many more ! one of the first Trance-hit "overground" , as well received by fans of underground Techno-Trance and the masses...

I was a teenager when it was released and it's always one of my favorite tune, 17 years later !

  • this song is AWESOME, but does anybody know why the fuck a german duo band made a trance song about the "power of american natives"

  • Cause they are two educated people from Germany who know about other cultures and they just so happen to like trance music as it is good.

  • Because they can. ;-)

  • Yes because one member of that Duo was a big Fan of american natives and supported them.

  • You can not have everyone singing of Pocket calculators and Autobahn. ^_~ So why not?

  • WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW!!! I haven't heard this classic trance tune in a long time!!! Brings back excellent memories!!! This is what real trance music was all about back in the day, but now the newer trance have become so crappy. Thank you so much for reintroducing me to this awesome tune and for showing me what the past trance music sounded like. 5 stars & faved :-)

  • Thank you so much!:)

  • @exshit82 :)

  • @protectorofillinois the new trance is not crappy! everyone thinks the classic genres are better than the new genres, but it's actually the opposite. i honestly think classic rock, pop, trance, etc. sucks compared todays music. i mean you can't honestly say that madonna is better than lady gaga or Dance 2 Trance is better than Basshunter, you absurd monkey!

  • @undergroundplague0 BASSHUNTER ,laff your absured that is as cheesy as u get the cheese drips of that crap cmon man, trance back in the day had more meaning . too much cheese about nowadays

  • @jacen0000 lol. the new trance has better melody and overall sounds...the old trance is just a couple of pad strings thrown together with a piano layer. yes, the new trance maybe cheesy, but it sounds wayyyy better and there's no denying that Robert Miles owns Dance 2 Trance!

  • @undergroundplague0 actually, the real dance to trance is my featured video

  • @jacen0000 In which way trance niw is cheesy? And above all what kind of trance are you talking about? Please, listen to this track from 2008: Lexwood feat Ferrin & Low-Chimaera (Original Mix). Is this cheesy for you? And, if yes, why exactly?

  • @protectorofillinois well... Im 24, and sometimes Im at some disco and thinking to my self: "Is it possible that in 20 years music became so worst than it used to be? Shouldnt it be the opposite?", because, I remember that, 15 years ago everyone went mad when this tunes kicked ass at the discos, now everyone is just... moving their bodies somehow at the "music" in the discos. If im not drunk, I can barely dance. Why is that?

  • @protectorofillinois yesssss:)))

  • @protectorofillinois yeah, this one was fucking awesome and this sound has taken me straight into an older times when I was at school . I do agree, later trance productions had been changed at all . We ought to keep in mind the one ,that it was really very early 90's when the song came out . A songs like that are being rare played today, btw .

  • @protectorofillinois Couldn't agree more

  • @protectorofillinois i beg to differ... there is A LOT of good modern trance that rivals this song -- not just your normal trance, but goa trance, psy trance and progressive trance

  • @protectorofillinois Whats wrong with newer Trance ;] ? I think it evolved nicely ;] This is amazing too , but now trance is just so much more powerful !

  • @FlowTraceur Trance has not evolved. I don't know how becoming bloated but shallow can be seen as an act of evolution. Politicans aside.

  • @FuseNet Oh don't be like that ;) Seriously ! It has evolved ! Its not bloated ... well a rare few cases are i guess , but some people like it more complicated too i guess ! But i don't really follow by what do you mean shallow ? Ever since i was a kid i listened to trance ! I heard all over VIVA TV and MTV always ! That and Happy Hardcore :) You seriously must one of those people that just can't go along with the newer stuff i guess . Still your opinion matters just as much as mine . Cheers !

  • @FlowTraceur It's a bit like George Lukas who thinks adding 100 Tie Fighters in the background of a scene will make Star Wars a better movie. It doesn't. Same goes for todays works of, for example, Tiesto and PvD (let alone musical f'tards like Basshunter...). They overburden their tracks with more and more "voluminous" instruments and use strings that sound so cheesy that I lack words to describe my animosity adequately.

  • @FlowTraceur (part2) Everything they REALLY do has been done 15 ago. In the 90ies, trance sounded fresh. Even though it just HAD to sound this way due to the fact that the genre hasn't existet before. These days trance just sounds utterly generic - the arrangment in this part of the musical world is in a effing stasis bubble since the late 90ies. There is no vision behind these tracks. no concept, no original idea, no soul.

  • @FuseNet True it did sound fresh back then , simply because it was a freshly born genre ! For instance i love Suncatcher , he makes amazingly beautiful tracks ! Not bloated and not 'anorexic' ! Just the right mix ! I do agree that artists often forget about vision and why most of them got into music and stray from the "righteous path". Still what i listen to is hardly generic , plenty of artist's with tracks that make my heart jump at joy, at when i listen to them!Tritonal,Nitrous Oxide,ATB !

  • Comment removed

  • @FuseNet Haha ! Thanks ! At least you give a valid argument ! I thought you would give me something like "Old SCHOOL TRANCE 4 LIFE !" - something like that . You do give valid points , but PVD and Tiesto is not what i would really call all that much Trance .Seriously they ARE generic , true . Basshunter - Not even Trance ;] Just Dance/Hard Dance. But you listen to the generic ones , and yes plenty of generic tracks are made. But there are plenty new ones , WITH Vision , WITH Soul.
