how would you simplify a problem like 3x^2 + 4xy - 8xy^2 - (2x^2 - 3xy - 4xy^2 + 6) and find x^2 - 4xy^2 + 7xy - 6 ? i did it the way shown and got x^2 + xy - 12xy^2 + 6 and apparently that isn't right.
Your silly but it all made sense :) Your awesome.
