Great use of the straight up jump by Kurahashi in the first round for what is a very difficult matchup for Guile! Just got a little ancy in jumping in round 3, otherwise great play by Kurahashi

O Sagat isn't as good as CE Guile or Dic, and they're not soft banned. I think it's a bit odd that Sagat is.

Sagat is the LAST BOSS of the first Street Fighter game in 1987 and that's why they've always been making him a very dominating character up to Street Fighter IV.

Probably the hurt cries of lots of diaper wearers in Japland resulted in the soft ban. Why not just stop playing the game altogether?
