About half of this whole video was picked to match lyrics. An example would be how I chose to match Rena's moment of choice to kill Rina with "The distance is streamlined between decision and defense".

This kind of poetic expression is one of the main reasons I make AMVs. It gives me a lot of fulfillment to know that someone notices. Thank you! :D

it is kind of confusing yeah but if u watched the show each story arc takes place in a different (parallel) world. and rika is the only one who remembers each world and has to try to stop each world from going to hell. (all i can explain unless u watch the show)

Also as a trivia data (maybe a lot of you guys know it) but ok, this anime was cancelled in Japan from being broadcasted in any Open TV station and was only allowed to continue its broadcast in Cable or Digital services from episode 12 and forward, since during the week between 11th and 12th a murder ocured in a high school just like the one occured in 11th episode, a chick killed her "friend" with a hatched.... nice.

Nice, like it. Higurashi is one of those animes I liked to much when I watched it that I couldn't stop until the end. I'm not a Gore (bloody anime) fan at all, but this one was just to psycho and twisted that I could blink my eyes anytime. Thanks. My AMV creating methods are quite unconventional: I code the whole video in AVIsynth and render it using Virtualdub. The quality of the video would probably be better attributed to my obsessive meticulousness than to any programs I used.
